Just what I needed to connect my Nexus Player directly to an Ethernet network.

At first I was disappointed that my new Google Nexus Player (bought November 2015) didn't have an ethernet port (to be blunt, WiFi never beats ethernet), then I read about these micro ethernet adapters USB . I compared different options for a long time and decided on this product. In short, it works great. I plugged it in and the Nexus Player automatically switched from WiFi to Ethernet. Downloads are faster now and I like the player more.**If you are looking for a way to connect your Nexus player via Ethernet, stop reading the reviews and buy this product**One note: this is USB 2.0. Adapters, but don't bother looking for a USB 3.0 adapter - there is no USB 3.0 compatible Micro USB Ethernet adapter.
