I like the simplicity of the platform and the simplicity of the process. I also like how easy it is to get started and how easy it is to customize the experience to fit the needs of your church. I dislike that it takes so long to get an answer from the team. I have had to ask multiple times for an answer to a simple question and have never gotten a response. I have also had to ask multiple times for someone to be assigned to a project. I would highly recommend getting in touch with the team to see if they can help you out with any issues. We are solving the problem of donor management. We are also solving the problem of donor retention.
