Review on 🌬️ Nordic Pure 24x24x1 Pleated Air Filter - MERV 12 Efficiency, 6-Pack by John Bailey

Seems ok. I wanted something better than a Merv 4 MPR 300 dust filter, but not a Merv 10-11-12 filter clogged by a system fan. I can see it reducing airflow more than a dust filter. However, this is the middle ground I was looking for. A potential issue is the smaller standard 24" x 24" size of this filter. It's easily 3/8 inch smaller than the 3M filter filters I've used. This doesn't fit directly into the air return register and I put a 1/4" foam gasket around the register opening to make it tighter. So would I buy again but minus 1 star for not fitting snugly in the air recirculation register like the brand's filter.
