There is nothing much to dislike about snappy. If you are looking for an all-in-one solution then snappy is the way to go. As mentioned above they have many features in one place which makes life easier for us. We use snappy for our customer service department and it has helped us a lot in providing excellent customer service to our customers. Snappy is a great tool for our company. It's very easy to use and has a great reporting system. The customer service is also great and very helpful. I wish that it was possible to keep tickets open so that we can keep track of our tickets. It is a great tool and I highly recommend it. We are able to track our tickets and keep track of them. We can also easily add new tickets and add new FAQs.
