Easy efficient ticket management solution

The system is very user friendly for our customer service team as well as any other department in need of answers or assistance with their account! It's great that they are always willing to help so quickly when we have questions about anything related to snappys services/features etc. We don't dislike much but would like it if there was an option where you could add your own custom fields instead of having all pre-existing ones available (like 'Contact Information' vs Customer Service). Just…

Great Customer Service & Excellent Reporting System

The best part of snappy is that it can be used by both internal users as well as external clients. I have been working with snappy for almost two years now and i really like their services and their team. They are always there if you need them. Their support team is very responsive and helpful. There is nothing much to dislike about snappy. If you are looking for an all-in-one solution then snappy is the way to go. As mentioned above they have many features in one place which makes life easier…
