Easy efficient ticket management solution

The system is very user friendly for our customer service team as well as any other department in need of answers or assistance with their account! It's great that they are always willing to help so quickly when we have questions about anything related to snappys services/features etc. We don't dislike much but would like it if there was an option where you could add your own custom fields instead of having all pre-existing ones available (like 'Contact Information' vs Customer Service). Just keep adding new features people will use them over time :) Very easy interface makes using this software quick & simple!! Our phone line has lessened drastically since being able to send tickets via emails - which saves us money by not paying overtime rates while also providing faster resolution times than waiting through hold music queues at some companies I've dealt with previously. Also allows me to do my job better without wasting valuable.
