They have been lost and have been replaced with normal nuts and bolts during the last maintenance (reminder: always check the work, even at the dealer). Pressing down on the power tool firmly with a small wrench may pop the nuts out of the bottom of the airbox housing. They will disappear to the same size as socks and 10mm rosettes and never be seen again. These special nuts and bolts make it easy to properly tighten the air cleaner housing, so I feel the cost and convenience over regular nuts and bolts was definitely worth it.
