Damn good. I had a Benq monitor for several years and decided to upgrade. I mostly play on Xbox so it was a pretty good choice until I decided to build a PC. ' which most people seem to have (should be a happiness monitor). I had to calibrate the colors right away, but it's easy, I just googled a good color setting. Xbox X: A lot of people have problems with their Xbox One X, here are my settings. I switched the display from auto detect to manual HDMI. I chose 1080p because I like higher frame rates (Xbox supports 120). 1440P looks good but you only get 60fps, but most games are limited to that anyway. Xbox One X won't let you run 1440P at 120, I know for sure the monitor can support that, so after some research it seems like it's an Xbox hardware CAP. So don't worry, next-gen Xbox will most likely support it. I set the color bit to 12. Check "Allow 50 Hertz" (default for European countries if you live there). Be sure to change the color setting of RGB. at the YCC. Allow free sync. Monitor: Response Time set to Very Fast. Some people say they see halos or "artifacts". I don't see her at all. I've played Rainbow Six Siege, Borderlands, Battlefield etc and either I don't have this problem or my eyes can't see it lol. And believe me, I spend my time looking at solid objects moving back and forth to see if I can spot any halos. Nothing so far. I have activated the free sync on my monitor. And that's almost all. As I said earlier, you can search the web for color settings to find what works best for you. .Feel free to ask questions if you need help, I'm at work so I don't remember every setup from head to toe. But I'll definitely update this once I get home. Edit: I set Xbox display to recommended in settings, 1440, free sync, fast response time. The response time on ultra-fast has noticeable crowns and halos, but on fast it's not visible at all. Or is it a very good minimum. PC RGBYCC colors included. It runs at 60 fps but basically all games are anyway, the free sync works really well. are the settings I use all the time now. HDMI on Xbox is set to auto detect. I got it at 1440p at 60 fps with a variable refresh rate. The monitor's response time is set to fast. I like R6 and these settings best. I used to have the settings maxed out and I have to tell you it helped me work, but I've finally noticed the ghosting and "artifacts" that people are talking about. Nothing I can't get past, but I found it a bit annoying so I changed my settings. The rest of the monitor works great. No "halo" and dead pixels. Everything you would expect for this price. Update: 05/18/2020 Monitor still works great. No dead pixels, no damage, etc. This also works great for my PC build. Note. Free monitor sync only works with graphics cards with free sync. So AMD will work, but Nvidia with G-Sync will not. My PC build (runs almost all games on "Ultra settings" at 1440P or 2K) Processor - AMD Ryzen 5 (3rd gen) Graphics - AMD Radeon RX 5700 XTM Other board - MSI B450 Tomahawk MaxMemory - Intel SSD 6th model number 978350RAM - DDR4 Rip Jaw V 16 gigabytes but I'm upgrading to 32. It's too much, but I like it. Power supply - Cool Master. MasterWatt 650 Bronze. This build is damn good. It runs every game I have on max settings and the frame rate is always over 100.
