The body of the flashlight seems to be metal alloy and of good quality. The seatpost mount is terrible in my opinion and will likely fail/break at some point when you're about to go on a trip, making the flashlight a potentially unreliable purchase. The modes are confusing to understand or comprehend. I think it has a light sensitivity setting. I thought I'd found a mode where the light is on all the time, but when I go outside in the sun, only one LED flashes or lights up, except when you brake. One LED next to braking, not the whole ring. Very frustrating. I bought another light for daytime driving safety. If you only want a brake light then this is probably one of the best unmounted headlights on the market.
