No cheap paper or rubber, just a pad. There was metal in the gasket. Closest to OEM
Great replacement for my Buick Ultra 03. The seals that come with these transmissions from the factory are reusable, but many times they have been thrown away because they just didn't know it. You don't need to apply sealant around this gasket when installing, just make sure you tighten the pan in the correct order.
