Perfect Fit Pads

Perfectly aligned. Went straight and made a proper seal. I ordered another Walker gasket as part of the catalytic converter change and it ALSO fitted perfectly.

Pros
  • Top marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

But I'm not a fan of the aftermarket.

Not usually a fan of aftermarket pads. It usually leaks or falls out after a few weeks or months. However, with three bolts holding this seal in place, it has held up very well over the past year with no leaks.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Write later

Perfect fit for Honda Civic 2002

Used as a 'gasket' between new catalytic converter and B-pipe. This fits perfectly and prevents (or delays) the rusting of the pipe flange like the original catalytic converter did.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Low repairability

Arrived damaged but still working properly

This was the correct part and arrived quickly but several layers of padding material were peeling and coming loose from rough handling. I covered both sides with red RTV spacer and it worked. Walker makes a large number of parts, so I recommend being more careful when shipping.

Wrong size, doesn't fit the car

This gasket is 2" in diameter for a custom or retrofit catalytic converter. Do not buy if you have a 1" and 1/2" pipe connection to the converter. My 1999 and 1998 Honda Civic LX 4 door sedans will not fit this stock converter product. This product is sized for a 2" pipe and Amazon is wrong in saying it fits.

Pros
  • Absolutely great!
Cons
  • Available in white only.

Fits 3rd Gen Acura Integra

I had to use an angle grinder with a cutting disc to loosen the catalytic converter and center exhaust pipe and then use a hand drill to drill out the studs. An exhaust leak followed. About a week later I applied this gasket as well as Permatex Copper RTV to the outer rim of the inner ring. 2 days later the exhaust leak still hasn't come back. The picture shows 8mm x 35mm (1.25mm spacing) bolts, not expensive OEM bolts. It is coated with a copper anti-seize coating. Although 8x30mm might have…

Wrong exhaust gasket I ordered

It was my mistake. But I wanted to say something in case anyone else feels the same as me. I ordered this gasket along with a Walker 52241 exhaust pipe for my 1997 Honda Civic 3 door because it proved to be the right gasket for this pipe. He was on the list of those who "ordered" the pipe, who also ordered this pipe. Although one end of the pipe is shaped like a gasket (the end that attaches to the catalytic converter/exhaust manifold), the alignment of the bolt holes is not correct. . The…
