The ability to have multiple campaigns running at once! It's really easy for me as an admin person to be able to switch between different accounts/campaigns without having to log out or do anything else fancy. Sometimes it can take awhile before new emails are sent after we make changes but other than this minor issue everything has been great so far!! We've had some success in generating qualified contacts from our list building efforts using icy leeds system which was not happening previously when doing manual data entry into Salesforce via CSV files.
