Options should be available

Poor fit, poor hardware, poor quality control. I ended up having to replace all the hardware with 7/8" grade 8 screws and 1/2" grade 5 screws. I use five 7/8" washers on one mount and four on the other, but I have to stuff the fifth in as well. I've measured (with a digital micrometer) everything on the bumper and brackets to find out where the flaws are and the brackets seem to stick out more than 2mm from one to the other. Solid construction and heavy. The finish looks good but it has a few chips from shipping and I dropped them several times during installation; Honestly I don't care how they look cosmetically as they are for service purposes anyway. Below is a post I started before the first tow. Bumper. Nuts are designed for one-time use and whatever they are screwed on will be damaged upon removal; In aviation, we replace the nut and bolt every time they are removed. I purchased nylon locknuts to replace the included locknuts, but the threads on the bolt are not deep enough to ensure full seating for the nylon locknut. My second biggest complaint is the installation. In particular, the gap between the D-ring eyelet on the bumper and the D-ring adapter. You can see in my photo where I put some white stuff in the gap to make it stand out.
