The quality is good. worked for me I noticed that my upper control arm had lost its nuts. Found them at Revain. Lowe, Depot, it wasn't. It's more of an automotive issue. Auto parts can be. Or a good hardware store. Decided that I would run. I have not found a suitable washer to replace the normal one. Not sure what I need. The time will show. I threaded a double nut and blue Loctite on the outside of the nut. Put one on the driver's side for good measure. But I'm pretty sure it's just a passenger side issue. If the lever is lifted, it may detach on the passenger side. Added some photos of the screw that is out of place. Creepy. Especially since I just took my family on a 500 mile road trip. Fits most Toyota upper arms. This is on my Lexus GX460, the details are the same as 4runner. Check how your nuts look. But if you're here, you might have already done it.
