Expensive solution, difficult support

The ease of use for our employees to access their claims information at any time from anywhere is wonderful! I do not like that it has been hard keeping up with updates as they have changed things frequently in recent years (not sure if this was intentional or just poor planning). In my organization we had previously used another program which helped us manage all insurance related paperwork/files but unfortunately did very little when you got into an actual claim situation - even after upgrading several times over 5+ yrs., so many people continued using Claimpoint because there were other benefits such as emailing PDFs etc.. This does help solve one problem though; however having everything accessible through your computer makes me nervous about losing data since its out-of site storage now instead off networked drive where previous system stored files &amp info before transfer away form Share Drive last year by EMC Corp.). Claimspoint is pretty easy to use for new users and provides a lot of help in the initial user training. The system is not as intuitive as it could be and I have been unable to figure out how to make changes without an IT person. It's also very expensive compared to other solutions. We are solving our problem of a better way to manage claims and communicate with customers about their benefits.

  • Easy interface, quick response support team via phone call vs e mail responses only once ever sent back then ignored..and no reply within 3 weeks..originally called every day until finally told "we will get someone else"...repeated calls each hour daily till resolution...even more frustrating than getting NO RESPONSE!!!!! All emails answered promptly....unlike others who
