When I first received the filter I was very happy with it. I wanted to check the quality of the product as it doesn't leak. Convenient to use, etc. A few days ago, the blue faucet handle broke off. I tried to reconnect it but something broke and it wouldn't connect. So I called Brita to get either a new handle or a faucet, depending on what he needs. I was willing to buy anyone who would fix it. When I spoke to Brita (800 24 BRITA) the nice lady on the other end of the phone said they don't offer spare parts for their products. She offered to send me a discount voucher but I declined. The thing is basically junk now because it doesn't work. So why do I need a voucher for another product? I have 3 of these and only this one is faulty. So I don't know if it's old or new. I just don't like the idea of throwing something away for something so small, of course I'm not the first to have this problem. I can't spend $$$ at the company. that doesn't endorse their products, and I won't!
