The first thing I noticed is that it overheats badly. I was in the system for about 5-7 minutes and it was HOT! I have 2 external monitors. I bought this device because it had 2 HDMIs. So I used HDMI to HDMI for both monitors and there was no sound. The last thing that struck me is that you had to download the software to make it work. I prefer not to download anything. It should connect automatically. I had a different connector so reverted to my previous setup. Now I use 1 HDMI to UBC-C and then another VGA to USB. The sound is good, there is no overheating, the software does not download. I am returning this item. Update: The downloaded software has not disappeared. I think it's a virus.
