Poor quality appetizer.

Crappy unit. Do not buy. I installed it in my 02 530i and immediately closed the contact on the capacitor. I have many launchers installed on these machines, so this is not user error. I even installed it over the weekend with his help (he's also a certified mechanic) at my buddy's certified BMW workshop. I ended up going back and buying a rebuilt Bosch starter. The only benefit of this purchase was no questions asked on return. Customer service was great.
