Completely disappointed with customer service Cuisinart

Completely disappointed with Cuisinart's customer service. They just don't care and it's driving me crazy. 3 year juicer guarantee. It stopped working after 6 months (not even much use). It took 4 phone calls and several hours of phone calls with them to find out that there was a 3 year guarantee. They charge at least $10 to send me the new one and then I have to pay the shipping cost to send the old one back. Shipping may cost $25 due to weight. The product itself is not worth that much! when I asked the customer service representative and the manager if there was anything they could do. that there is no point in spending more than the cost of the goods for round-trip shipping. They said it was. So if you want a juicer that really works. don't buy these! Bought because of the rating. but i am very disappointed. I'll switch brands and buy something else instead of spending the same amount on shipping. only to get the same shitty thing and get it done in 6 months.
