I love the shoes when I first received them. Neither snow nor rain penetrates. After two months I put the waterproof protector on it and the black part on top started falling off. Contact company sent pictures and they did nothing so disappointed
- Great boots and cute
- It's beautiful and fits well but the texture feels like it could be easily ripped and torn, I hope it's not.
