The best thing about Synata is that it has helped us understand our customers better. We realized which of our products are being used by them most frequently. Also we realized what were their pain points with these products. There was nothing much I disliked in this product. It's all good. But if you want data analytics then go for other options as well. As an organization we needed help understanding our customer base so that we can improve our service offerings. And also we wanted to know which of our products are being used the maximum by our customers. So we got both those things done using Synata.
