Install my safety light. I also needed a masonry drill. This kit from Snug fits the bill perfectly. Used my 1/2 inch. The Skil cordless drill easily drills 2.5 inch diameter holes. into a brick. I used a Makita 12V cordless drill to drill screws into masonry. It only took 5-10 minutes to install 2 security lights. While the diamond bit won't win any quality awards, I have to say it drilled through this brick like paper. Well how long that will take who knows, all I had to drill was 4 holes. But for less than $10 it did the job for me and I still have a drill bit and 96 screws left for other future work. I am more than satisfied with the application and the result.
