Review on Nalgene 💧 OTF Everyday Water Bottle by David Blackstock

I have been using these bottles/caps for almost 5 years. I love how quick and easy it opens and closes. And I plan to use it for many years to come. I have 4 of these caps/bottles but I am sorry to say that one of the caps has developed a small mold on the rubber part of the cap (see attachment). The mold is on the surface of the rubber and cannot be removed. Any dark brown or black spots are mold. I shall have to write off this cap; but I plan to buy another one because it's good for me and better than all the water bottles I've used. I hope my other lids don't get mold either, but only time will tell. If they all develop mold I may switch to another brand that also has quick release caps (there are 2 other brands worth considering).
