The bolts spin freely, so you can't reach the wrench, so you can't tighten the nuts, and worse, they send nylon lock nuts
Refers to the lift portion of the kit. I like the "unscrew the OEM bolts and discard" instructions because the OEM bolts are barbed and hydraulically pressed into the metal so they wouldn't rotate and #@*%& would be removed.
