As I have a Retina Mac, I don't have a CD drive. I had to download the software from somewhere else and transfer it to my device via USB and then it worked. The strange thing is that we use this product when we don't have access to Wi-Fi, but to install the software it is necessary to download it onto a USB drive using another device and then install the drivers. Driver installation is also not a simple drag and drop into the application catalog. One star deducted for this reason. Otherwise, a great, cheaper alternative to Apple's branded products.
