Review on 🍎 Candy Apple Metallic 2 85mm by Proto Pasta by Tyler Owens

I have to say that despite the adhesion issues on the ply I still love and use this yarn. I usually use a sheet of PEI to glue to the bed, but no matter what I did (including working directly with ProtoPasta) I couldn't get it to stick. The simple fix is to use masking tape on every print with this filament and it works really well. ProtoPasta believes the problem lies in the way this material is annealed and that the annealing may occur during printing, causing the material to deform. However, if you're looking for a really durable PLA with a nice finish that hides layer lines well, I haven't found anything better.
