Overall I like Clarify. Their technology is impressive and their approach to providing customer experience improvement products is innovative.

Clarify has great potential and has the right team behind it to continue to grow into a major player in the market. They should consider making their own voice recognition engine (in house) as it will give them greater control over their brand and product. As a user they are very responsive, helpful and polite. As an individual contributor I am impressed at how fast my issues were resolved even when I submitted several tickets. My only complaint would be if there was no way to track progress through the ticket process.
