Clarify has great potential and has the right team behind it to continue to grow into a major player in the market. They should consider making their own voice recognition engine (in house) as it will give them greater control over their brand and product. As a user they are very responsive, helpful and polite. As an individual contributor I am impressed at how fast my issues were resolved even when I submitted several tickets. My only complaint would be if there was no way to track progress through the ticket process.
