Best Call Center Software & Monitoring Tool

I have been using clarifiy for over 8 months now, and it has been nothing short of amazing! The best thing about this product is its simplicity to use and understand. Very few things are confusing at all with this software. It's easy to train your agents in order to get the most out of their productivity. This also helps me monitor what my agents are doing when they're not working directly by themself. We were having issues with our call volume growing way too fast, but after implementing…

Pros
  • Easy interface
  • No problems getting started.
  • User friendly dashboard where you immediately know which phone conversations need more attention than others so far into conversation (you don't even really think twice)

Cons
  • Not enough features yet

Clarify has great potential and has the right team behind it to continue to grow into a major player in the market. They should consider making their own voice recognition engine (in house) as it will give them greater control over their brand and product. As a user they are very responsive, helpful and polite. As an individual contributor I am impressed at how fast my issues were resolved even when I submitted several tickets. My only complaint would be if there was no way to track progress…
