Best Call Center Software & Monitoring Tool

I have been using clarifiy for over 8 months now, and it has been nothing short of amazing! The best thing about this product is its simplicity to use and understand. Very few things are confusing at all with this software. It's easy to train your agents in order to get the most out of their productivity. This also helps me monitor what my agents are doing when they're not working directly by themself. We were having issues with our call volume growing way too fast, but after implementing clarifiy we saw an immediate drop in calls that never went back up again. Now we can actually see how much time each agent spends talking/working instead of waiting for another customer or hanging around the queue.

  • Easy interface
  • No problems getting started.
  • User friendly dashboard where you immediately know which phone conversations need more attention than others so far into conversation (you don't even really think twice)
