I like how easy it is for my patients or clients who are looking at insurance companies about their benefits of using me versus other doctors in town! It's not always up-to date so sometimes you have problems finding what your patient needs but overall its great!! If they could make an app version out there then we would be all set.

Benefits include knowing if someone else can see them before us which helps keep appointments organized & running more smoothly because everyone knows when each appointment should occur instead just guessing/waiting until after hours etc..
