Although I think the case itself is really good in terms of look, feel, functionality and quality. in these departments. The suitcase has a very nice net and compartments, which I was very happy about. The exterior has a very nice look and features reflective accents that increase the attention factor when you're out and about. The double zipper looks solid and doesn't bind. Belts, on the other hand, are not of very good quality. They twist and crease easily and if you compare them to high quality 3M Velcro you will see what I mean. They have such a hard surface that frays over time. I would have skipped it but the nail in the coffin was for me after attaching the case to my Ninebot Kickscooter Max (G30). I noticed that the cover has shifted a lot. I took it off and found that the strap connection points on the top of the case were badly broken (note the yellow lines in my photos). I am a believer in symmetry and can be overly critical but seriously if you look at the pictures you will see that this is just not acceptable. The case is excellent, there are no straps. Obviously two different directions of production. I'm giving this 2.5 stars and even breaking it because if you have a strap then using a case for your application is questionable. Cool case, terrible straps. I'm looking for a refund for this one and won't risk a bad replacement. As far as I know this could be a rare defect so please take my review for what it's worth.
