This is an exercise bike that allows you to ride your bike with the rear wheel mounted. It comes with sensors that allow you to pair it with various virtual bike software for your training. The included instructions are not very clear and it took me a while to look at the pictures to figure out how to put everything together. Once assembled, it worked well and was fun to use. Although loud. I don't know if that's normal with exercise bikes or just that. It costs less than other brands, so it's a good choice if you're on a budget. Connecting the bike to the roller trainer also requires some practice at first.
