Review on Pirelli Powergy 235/45 R18 98Y summer by Adam Dziarnowski ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Some kind of defective product, I definitely wont buy it anymore.

Before I started using Powergy, I had no problems with Bridgstone Turanza ER300 tires; the only issue I had was punctures. We made the decision to get rid of it because of its advanced age. I bribed the price at that time, which was 8,100, for a balloon of size 225/45 r17 and received a free tire fitting along with an extended warranty. I didn't even go anywhere for a month, and after I went through a hole going 35 kilometers per hour, a hernia appeared on the side of my body. Since the sidewall is brittle, I will investigate how the extended warranty operates right now. In principle, they ought to be either repaired or replaced.

Pros
  • Comfortable enough but not overly so
Cons
  • Weak sidewall, and a hernia developed in the first hole as a result. Always exercise extreme caution when driving, even on well-maintained roads.
