It helped. Combined with a Starrett KD0200-N diamond core bit. a pre-existing drainage pit/pipe that drains onto the street next to my property. I connected this to a Dewalt 20V wireless device. The mandrel holds the massive crown in place with no problems, no need for it to be installed etc. I have had no issues or problems with this shaft and would buy this brand again if needed. .It worked flawlessly, as did Arbor.
