This is Visioneer's 5th purchase in the last 10-12 years. Good products! The flash on my latest wearable Visioneer finally stopped working after literally thousands of perfect scans. (Lasts a lot longer than I thought it would, considering I had it most of the time when I was a street fighter and had to fight a lot!) I've always liked the Paperport software that came with it, as it's a lot more reliable than the Scan that comes with it app with Windows 7/8 etc. Even if you follow the software/driver installation instructions, it often takes at least two attempts for Windows 7 to work well with the Paperport software. I think two things influenced the rough install. My Windows 7 is 64-bit and I'm using MS Office 2013 (NOT 365) which wasn't promoted by Microsoft (and therefore had problems with interface/converter apps that it works over USB.
