Very well done. Works well with an electric car charger. failed after 4 months. Exchange failed after 3 months

I like this charger very much. 24/7 technical support. Very good design. Built like a tank. Small and nice looking unit. You can install it with a mains plug or with hardwiring. Fairly easy software installation. Potential Improvements: Comes with 3/4" knockouts (i.e. holes where the power line enters). If you are using conduit for the Romex 6 AWG power line, it needs to be 1 inch, so it's a connection issue. It There must be an adjustable cutout (3/4" or 1") on the left, right, or top side. Since typical conduit installation is from the top. Regular $5 junction boxes can get their right, so this is not an unreasonable idea. The software setup and registration is bluetooth based and doesn't work with some android phones my lg phone but worked fine with my ipad bluetooth connection itself is pretty easy to set up update: after 4 months my device died (started turning yellow flashing, stuck in reboot loop for no apparent reason) Support has been ok so far The 8 photos of different parts of the installation (some photos were hard to get men) plus a copy of the bill I had to speak to 2 different people from the front oh support and tech, 2 different calls on 2 different days. I felt like they let me jump over some hurdles by making the exchange process more difficult than it needed to be. but a week later they sent a replacement unit that works perfectly. Update #2: The replacement device also failed after 3 months. I give it 2 stars, it's really annoying. First the wifi was gone. At this point, I was able to connect to it via Bluetooth, but it couldn't see any Wi-Fi SSIDs. After a couple of reboots (power off, reboot) I'm now unable to connect to Bluetooth either. Another support call with clueless frontline support. It tries to remotely reboot a device without an internet connection. Hm. Could they do better? Of course! - Craft a device that doesn't fail first. This is not a toaster. Must be reliable! "Better train frontline support so they are able and empowered to set up a return without having to speak to a tech. "Think of the data needed for diagnosis and ask only what is needed. Do they really need all those BS pics? Getting the client up and running as quickly as possible should be a top priority. Guarantee 3 years, but these breakdowns are reluctant to be dealt with. Imagine having to call an electrician every time you break down?
