they can be used for fat bombs
I use them to make fat bombs (50% coconut oil, 50% peanut butter) and they do the job well. I like the silicone on the bottom and the lid makes stacking trays easy. I don't like that the silicone is only on the bottom half of the tablet. The first few pieces I tried to take out fell apart. I found it helpful to flex and twist the tray to loosen the pieces from the side panels and then press on the silicone to pop them out. Some work is required compared to a full silicone shell, but they can definitely be used.
