I chose these from hundreds of options because I liked the concept of silicone for popping ice cubes. Unfortunately, this doesn't work very well. It says put them on for 30 seconds and they will pop out easily. I have to leave mine on the counter for a few minutes before I can get them. By now they have started to melt and when I put them in a container in the freezer the water on the outside refreezes and they all stick together. Good idea, but unfortunately not as comfortable as I expected.

I use them to make fat bombs (50% coconut oil, 50% peanut butter) and they do the job well. I like the silicone on the bottom and the lid makes stacking trays easy. I don't like that the silicone is only on the bottom half of the tablet. The first few pieces I tried to take out fell apart. I've never seen trays like this before. It's a cool design with a flexible silicone base and a stiffer plastic top. I have to quickly place the tray under the tap and within a minute the cubes pop out easily, just gently press the bottom with my pinky.
