Whilst I have yet to install the manual I know it will be easy and exactly what I wanted, I needed the versatility this design offers and it looks like it was developed by someone who means installer. Definitely worth a few bucks more compared to the cheaper choice. Sturdy, easily holds a heavy door. I probably won't go back and upgrade once installed, but I don't expect any problems other than forcing myself to do so. I still haven't kicked Handel out, and have been for 6 months. I shared with my wife that I didn't need a reminder every 3 months if I said I was going to do something. No apologies at this point I guess. God bless America
