Review on Enhance Your Hauling Experience with the Pro Series 49080 Gooseneck Hitch Receiver by Aaron Leburu

The fifth wheel I bought online had to be bought by a certain date or I would have to pay for storage (high daily charge). But I was determined to pull anything but a gooseneck trailer. So I started shopping on my favorite AMAZON site! and found this gooseneck receiver which they said would fit my existing fifth wheel rails at a great price so i ordered it in time to get free shipping and get my new trailer. That's when the problems started, not with the product, but with Amazon's shipping procedures! What I don't understand is why they do it the way they do for their free shipping because they said I would get it two days before I had to pick up the pendant which was Sunday (they said I would will get it on Friday) well Monday is coming and it hasn't even been shipped yet! (I placed the order almost two full weeks ago) so I call them, they explain me how they handle the free shipping and they say don't worry it will be there! (By the way they had it in stock) So Wednesday arrives and it still hasn't shipped, I call again, they tell me again not to worry, it will be there as it shipped that day! I asked how it was shipped because I hadn't paid for overnight shipping, they said standard shipping, I said I need it in two days! they said it would! Thursday still no email delivery! I call again early Friday morning because the item hasn't shipped yet and they said they don't know what happened they ship it at night and I will receive it on Saturday which they did and I received it on Saturday , and he came up and all. it was fine with my world, apart from the agony of thinking he wouldn't make it in time! This is all just to say why the heck don't you (AMAZON) ship the damn products when you receive the damn orders instead of waiting until the last moment, the same scenario happened to me twice and both times they have the delivery received. and everything was fine but they had to pay extra for shipping and it caused me so much distress that I wrote this big bloody long review! Just ship the damn products when you get the order and everyone will be satisfied with your great service!
