I have to admit I was a bit scared when I opened the box. There were two wires and I had no idea what to do with them - use one, connect both? What are they for?!? The instruction was for Windows 98 and no information on what to do with the wires. Did he mention a floppy disk?!? Did the driver have to be installed?!? I decided to just give it a try and plugged the USB cable into my computer and it worked! An extra cable wasn't needed, I don't know why it's there. I pressed the eject button and inserted my disc. The computer read it with no problems. So easy and really just plug and play. Just need updated instructions and more information on how to set it up. Why two wires? Spring. Worked as expected.
