My review should be preceded by the fact that I'm very new to Arduino and this may have some impact on the outcome for me, bye! After installing additional libraries, I was able to get the demo program to scroll 0-9 across the top line of the screen, then to the bottom line and repeat it. After playing around with it (sketch) I was able to change the program to show the message, but not very well. I couldn't sync the top and bottom rows or get them to scroll. The documentation for these modules is crap at best and just needs a gimmick to learn how to get it working. The example provided doesn't even attempt to explain the code and assumes that's all there is to know. Again, I'm a beginner, maybe after a few years of programming I won't find it that difficult anymore. A strong YouTube account is required to better understand products that can be launched quickly.
