They can handle everything - tracking payments, billing services, inventory control etc! My only issue really has todo with not having access from clients for quotes or anything like that but I understand this isn't their main priority when it comes to development of software so again-I'm just nitpicking here ;) Other than these things we did have some glitches in initial installations along time ago (but they were resolved shortly afterward) We are using FUNERA solely as our vendor portal.
Nowadays you don’t use other vendors unless there was no way around doing otherwise which honestly shouldnt be always needed anymore ;) I like that it allows for easy access to info about my clients, as well as their families. It's very intuitive and simple to use! The only downside would be if you were looking at other companies in your area with similar products (i.e., services) - it can get confusing since they all look so much alike. We are now able to keep track of our client information easily without having to create spreadsheets or send emails back and forth between different teams/individuals within our office.
