My 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood trunk lid latch stopped working so I did a bit of research and found many websites linking to this switch. I've read a bunch of troubleshooting tips, but the easiest thing was to buy one and try it. I randomly ordered 2 which I returned and this seller took them back with no problem. Glory to them. I found out it was the traction motor so I had to buy that too. I needed this part and it fit the bill.
