Not Android 10.0 Automotive and vehicle electronics

Actually Android 10 does NOT work when you go into settings (oh) it says Android 10.0 version but when you go into go to store and click on system, it will tell you what operating system is actually running, this is android 8.1.0, which as they say the radio itself works perfectly, there is no problem only if android 8.1 is no longer of Android is supported, it is not possible to update the system to a new operating system, so you cannot update applications because the play store has stopped working.
