Although the package was late (due to heavy snowfall in China), the customer service was great and approached me about the delay and possible loss. But today I finally made it! Not only are the threads fine, but there are extra needles, a needle and thread, and some nifty old-fashioned scissors. I will buy from this company again because with good service, excellent materials and reasonable prices, this is the one.
