Attention, there is no buckle or clip!

Please note it does not have a buckle closure as described. This collar needs to be placed on the head and then adjusted. So I decided I would try it on my pup. She and our other dog were playing and the collar got wrapped around his lower jaw causing the puppy to choke. It's fine after we struggled to get it off and when I ran to get the scissors my husband somehow got it off my lower jaw. So we learned a big lesson here. We will always insist on closing the clip so we can quickly release it if needed.
