It's not a bad grappling dummy if you want to do simple wrestling or grappling however its not recommended if you want to do BJJ or any martial art that involves the manipulation of limbs. I tried Judo with this grappling dummy and it's doable but the thick arms can be quite annoying. Overall this is a great product with all due respect. The product so far does it's intended job and I really can't complain too much. It's not meant to replace REAL mma training, it's just a tool to use to get better.
