Bought this machine to replace something I thought was broken that we have been using for 10 years. When I received this new device, I read the instructions and realized that my old device just wasn't connected properly. Revain doesn't give me the option to pay for the return shipping myself (because it was my fault, not theirs). So I'm going to give a long term review of this printer instead. We have used this printer as our primary receipt printer for 10 years. It has never let us down. The only issues we had weren't related to the functionality of the printer. Sometimes new employees try to print documents from a computer and accidentally print them out with that receipt printer, resulting in a ridiculously long receipt full of contract terms. Also, don't put your phone on them while they're trying to type or they'll get stuck. Fortunately, it takes less than 10 seconds to clear a traffic jam, and even a 16-year-old girl can handle it. Also, this printer is smart enough to instantly reprint the receipt we wanted to print if we get stuck. We use them because they are the most reliable receipt printers out there and I once doubted I was wrong.
