The platform has been designed to be very user friendly for both our internal staff as well as those we engage from outside suppliers or partners - it's really easy! It also provides great reporting tools which are essential in today’s fast-paced business world where you need information at your fingertips quickly if issues arise (and they will!). I would like there was more integration between platforms so that when an issue arises via one system/apparatus its automatically updated within all other systems / applications but this may just take some time getting used too? There isn't much of anything i dislike about SAIDO yet because everything works perfectly how intended; however any problems do crop up now & again these can usually easily resolved by contacting support team who have excellent knowledge regarding software use etc., therefore no real dislikes here either as far as using saido goes!!
